I purchased the D13 Mini Night Vision goggles for my husband's Christmas present. He has tried to use them, but the image is clouded and grainy. In an effort to speak to someone to see if there was a better upgraded version, I have called the help number several times and they never answer...always giving me a "the party you're attempting to call is not available." Now we are stuck with goggles we cannot use and no options or recourse.

This is NOT what I received -- this was a bait and switch !!! I received an item that was not usable!! It was not even the same brand name !!!!!!!!!!! It was junk from China !!!!

I received the night vision goggles. And I have to say the quality was there. Do they work as they should. Yeah I guess. The real issue I have is that the area of vision is really narrow and far off. If you want to see something that 2-300 ft of them great. Clarity is ify but you can see in the dark. You can see anything that’s closer around you at all. The field of vision is really narrow. I was expecting more at this price point. But the company heard me and took care of me. Good customer service. So there’s a plus. Just be sure you know it is what you’re buying.

Your shipping needs some help with tracking

Be honest on what it’s made from, how long it takes to get to the buyer and be clear, the product comes from China to Florida and THEN to the purchase. Also, the return policy is a pain.

They are terrible and not as advertised. They tell you they ship from the US but tracking had China. It took weeks to receive them. They also work very poorly.

How about sending the correct item and responding to return requests? I have sent 5 emails regarding order 1260 and gotten not one response. I want to return them but no one will tell me how so now I’m just going to dispute the charge through my credit card unless I get the return info

It's too small and took over a month to deliver.

It took more than a month for the item to arrive, and then it was not the item shown in and described on the website that I ordered. It was not a Helius brand. Ot was a miniature-sized knockoff of some kind. Customer service was pathetic. Your business “address” was a warehouse, and the service phone number had a message saying they did not accept calls. Absolutely pathetic.

I definitely feel like I got scammed. This is not even the same product as seen in the pictures, the interface is so bad to interact with and the manual is clearly poorly translated from Chinese to English. Please be advised. In addition, the delivery took way longer than advertised on the website and didn’t arrive on time for Christmas. (Which I will not be gifting due to terrible quality)

Way too small. Not what I expected in the slightest. Tried to get a refund ,but no response to my request. Can only contact through email for a confirmation to return. Really disappointed w/this purchase, and lack of response for a refund, and I’m out about $145.00. Completely disappointed!!!

The product i received was literally a toy. It had fake hides that didn't work and was a joke. It was so bad, I just laughed realizing I was scammed!!

Absolute SCAM company. Bait and switch from the product on the website to a Chinese product with none of the original features. On attempting to return the item the company doesn’t follow any of the return policies. After fighting with them, they’re offering a 50% discount which is still twice the cost of this garbage. The unit they sent me doesn’t even have a manufacturer listed anywhere on the box. Do not buy.

Easy to operate the functions. Very clear both day and night. Especially like the case. Most do not include it.

The instructions were absolute garbage, and there was no video on the Internet for the model I bought. Can’t figure out how to use the damn thing.

I always buy my camping gear from Helius Shop. This time I bought 3 of their night vision binoculars to go on a camping trip with my wife and son. Already tried them and they look amazing. Excited to watch animals at night while camping.

These are the best night vision binoculars i have ever bought. Tried different ones and they are garbage compare to the Helius Sight

These Night Vision Binoculars are a great buy! They are cheap and get the job done. I tried them out in my back yard and was able to see pretty far, and it looked like daytime. They will come in handy for deer hunting.

The night vision alone sets this apart from most brands. Excellent clarity in darkness. The fact that you can zoom as well is worth the coin. And the coin is amazing considering the price. It's well worth the value for your money.

Works very well at close range. Love the night vision feature. We purchased so we could watch the deer at night on our farm.

I think these are awesome. My husband also bought night vision binoculars that were much more expensive and he likes my pair better ! Easy to operate and great quality. Also comes with a zipper nylon bag with a strap.

After one use the binoculars malfunctioned. I received great customer service. They thought the problem was a loose cable connection to the screen. I received a new replacement. These binoculars did a great job with the night vision, far distance and very clear.

I like it, I am still getting use to it. Wish there were a better way to find the buttons in the dark.

Simple and easy to use. While I am sure the focus wheel needs to be at the front, it is not where your hands hold the device. It's a bit awkward but I'll get used to it. Great picture!

After talking with my fiance and him saying how cool the night vision binoculars on Jurrasic Park were. I got it for him for early Christmas and he loves. Works during the day ,and works at Night as well.

The picture quality is great. The night vision is awesome and you can see real clear.

Great design. Feels really good in my hands. Simple to use. Perception is terrific--up to 350+ yards. Zoom in, you're good, with in-front-of-you detail at all distances. Does everything wanted when purchased. Video recording and playback is great. It also sucks little power. Am using a 5000 mAh portable power bank to juice this guy.

This product works great both in the daylight and in the dark there is no need to add an external IR light as the seven level of the IR are easy to see eyes at 600 yards and to easily make animal ID at 250 yards they are easy to use right out of the box put in the batteries and you are set the rubber coating makes the binoculars easy to hold on to even if your hands are sweaty or wearing heavy gloves the directions are very simple you put the batteries in hit power button and you are ready to right out of the box.

For the price I love these things!! Batteries last for several hours!! During the day not as clear as binoculars. But when it gets dark enough you cannot see with the binoculars, you can see great with these, and they are not even on night vision yet!! You can recognize animals in the dark, easily!!

We got a Neighborhood Watch in our area and these NV goggles, after a quicker response than expected. I can see crystal clear in total darkness. With zoom at 300 yrds, it's like you're at arm's length of your targets or in my case creepers in our Hood. Not no more I see just fine in the dark.

The zoom is pretty amazing for day time, expect half the distance for the IR mode over all a great product. I would like to dim the screen a little more when in IR mode. I don’t like the glow on my face.

Have owned this for three months, feels like great quality for the price, clear night vision picture quality up to 100-150 yards with zoom. It came with a plastic case that is really convenient and sturdy. Would highly recommend!

So far I have enjoyed using these Binoculars. It it very simple to set up and capture what it is that you need. The infrared feature produces some very clear results and I'm excited to keep using it.

I bought this to see past the light of a fire while camping. I wanted the ability to see into the woods surrounding my tent when I would hear wildlife walking around. And it does just that. Night vision is in black and white and the picture does get grainy, if you get over zealous with the zoom.

These are awesome. Never using binoculars again. If you can get the money to spend on this item when looking at some type of binoculars, choose this one. Some binoculars have phone attachments to "try" and get a picture of what you see. The main word is try. They don't even come close to this product. Easy transfer video or pics to your computer what you actual saw.

I was not sure what to expect but was very happy when I was able to see as clear as day in the dark of nite. Loved that ! Picture was very clear as well. Good value !!

I live in the desert northwest. Badgers are a problem. This unit made them easy to spot. The camera feature is awesome and takes a pretty fair picture. Easy to operate.

This fully equipped model includes a head mounted frame that holds it to you securely for day or night vision. It's a little trickier to walk when it's on, but, but if you know the terrain it's OK. The head mounted set up allows you to keep the view still instead of shaking which I can never keep my hands fully stable.

These work great, night vision works especially well. Very easy to use. Directions are easy to follow. Small enough to keep in your pocket or carry along on camping trips.

I was very impressed with how well these work! Great for my purposes!

I have a larger pair of these goggles that do the same thing but this is so much smaller and more convenient for me to pack and carry with all my other gear when I go hunting on my property. The quality is great the longevity of the battery is also great.

These work well with my glasses and the adjustments allow me to see clearly. Now they do not seal to my face so they are not "tactical" per se but I do not believe they were designed for this so it is no problem to me.

Good product. Performance was exactly as expected. Night vision picture was decent. Turned out to be a unexpected tool when I went to look for something in the kiddos room as they slept. Worries of waking them up aside since there was no need to turn on the light.

Don’t forget to buy the battery 18650 and gave around a charger for it. Image is crisp. Only thing I had issues with was putting in the battery. It’s really tough because of the little plastic ends inside of the battery containment area.

The front screen is a nice size. The whole thing fits in one hand. It takes pictures and videos. Both are stored in an included microSD card that holds up to 32 gigabytes. The menu is easy to understand. The camera charges with an included USB-C to USB-A cable that can be plugged to a wall outlet adaptor or to a computer.

I am shocked on how well I am able to see my surroundings in complete darkness. This product is the real deal. Great for just about any occasion. I enjoy seeing what the deer are up to at midnight within the multiple fields around my home.

Bought this for a co worker. Didn't try the night vision as it was daytime when I wrapped it up,but did turn it on and the screen was very clear with a readable menu. Feels very light weight and the headband felt comfortable.

This is my third pair of night vision goggles. I live against a slope with no ambient lighting whatsoever and because it is a wooded area, it has a lot of nightlife. There is little ambient light even with a full moon because the trees tend to block out the moonlight.

I ordered these based off of the other positive reviews it had received. I did not have very high expectations, but was very impressed after actually using the night vision binoculars.

These are a pretty nice set of night vision binoculars for the price. First off, the overall build quality is nice and it is pretty easy to hold and use for an extended period of time. The buttons and settings can be a little difficult to figure out, but once you get the hang of it, it's not a deal breaker. For me, it was trial and error - that's how I learn best. The instructions are included and easy to follow.

We live in the country on several acres of forested land, and we have lots of 4-legged visitors. We get some cattle, elk, deer, javelina, skunks, foxes, coyotes, bobcats and even the occasional cougar. In addition, varmints of the 2-legged variety have been known to trespass from time to time.

The zoom on this works fast and accurately so I can get crisp clear images of birds in flight, running deer etc. A must have in my opinion if you are into wildlife viewing etc. Great range and excellent infrared night vision. I can spot coyotes easily at night from inside the house. I’m not very technology wise but this is simple to figure out. Easily focused. What a great stocking stuffer item! So much enjoyment!

The unit uses 8 alkaline AA batteries, has a very crisp clear IR photo and video quality and easy to use zoom functions. Built sturdy too fits in backpack very nicely. I definitely think these are much better than the rest out there.

I live in the woods and love watching wildlife. Since receiving this camera, it's incredible to see what's outside your door at night. This camera is amazing. It's so easy to use from zoom to battery. It even takes pictures and videos! Of course it looks a bit grainy, that's the nature of a night vision camera.

These vision goggles are really cool. They are like a combination of night vision goggles and binoculars so they can be used night and day. I've enjoyed using these goggles- capturing pictures, capturing videos, being able to see at night, as well as during the day. I absolutely love these goggles, they come with a strap that goes around my neck, come with a durable (hard) case, and come with an SD card.

The binoculars came well packaged. After several tests and trials, i can say that it's quite reliable and value priced. Image quality gets slightly lower when you zoom in. The build quality is good. The ability and mechanism of image and data transfer to my computer were fairly easy and simple.

Fixed magnification night vision binoculars that work well in pitch darkness due to the additional IR spotlight enhancement. This decreases weight, but also decreases battery life so you want to take that in consideration depending on your loadout and pack weight. Eyepiece is a rubberized material which is comfortable. Button layout is easy to navigate in the dark once you figure out where things are.

We were looking for an affordable set of night vision binoculars or goggles that would be used for viewing night skies and animals roaming the wooded property where we live.

I liked that I could see just as good through the window, it was easy and simple for someone who had no idea what to expect. My husband has a heat thermal and it’s nice but It’s for his hands
