I was super skeptical about spending this much on a dashcam but after reading reviews I took the plunge. Best decision ever. The video quality during the day is amazing - you can read street signs from far away and license plates are crystal clear. But what really impressed me was the night performance. I drive home from work around midnight and even on unlit roads the footage is usable. The GPS tracking is also really cool, I can see my exact route and speed which could be useful if I ever need to prove I wasn't speeding. Installation was way easier than I thought, took about 5 minutes including routing the cable. If you're on the fence just get it.

Got rear ended at a stoplight three weeks ago and thank GOD I had this installed. The other driver immediately tried to say I backed into them (seriously??). When I told the cop I had dashcam footage they changed their tune real quick. The camera caught everything in perfect clarity - them on their phone right before impact, the hit itself, and their reaction after. My insurance company loved having the evidence and the whole claim was processed in like 2 days instead of the usual nightmare. This camera has already paid for itself multiple times over. If you drive you need one of these period.

I bought this mainly for the parking mode feature after someone keyed my car last year. Set it up and honestly forgot about it until I came out to my car two months later and someone had dinged my door pretty bad. Checked the camera and it caught the whole thing - lady opened her door into mine, looked at the damage, then just drove off. Got her plate number clear as day. Filed a police report with the footage and they actually tracked her down. Her insurance paid for the repair. The parking mode works exactly as advertised and doesn't drain my battery. Camera quality is excellent too, I've captured some pretty cool driving footage during road trips. Highly recommend this to anyone.
